Registration fee to play is $20 per player. If not playing, donations to the CMA Foundation Hoops for Health charity are also welcome! Register your team here! (then pay below):Please register for your team or as an individual at this PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION page.There are two different ways to pay registration!: "Way 1" is better, as it avoids a 5% fee deducted from your donation! (fee charged by the paypal option's donation company)
